WebNov 7, 2024 · I just got this email saying my account was due to be closed due to inactivity. I have a couple of active subscriptions and log in at least once a month to excel online. I suspect scam, but the email address seems to check out. WebI found out while checking my credit score that Citibank closed my Best Buy card due to inactivity. I hadn’t used it in a while. Does this affect my credit score? If so is there anything I can do about it. I’m updating addresses of all my cards today but I guess the damage had already been done.
