Any senior nurse who you have a good relationship with and is willing to write you a Rec (and who can of course attest to your skills) is a good resource. WebHowever, the manager there wants you to work for him for THREE years to get a recommendation letter for CRNA school (which I understand, bc the turnover rate is so high). My current GPA is a 3.2. I’m wondering if maybe I could work for him for the three years and work on my GPA? I could retake stats & pharm?
