I was told that the charge never went through for the tickets and then put on hold for 15 minutes to see what could be done. The agent NEVER CAME BACK.
WebExplore trip is not reliable if you need support once payment is complete. I high recommend against using them. Asking them to make a simple call to a airline ’s travel agent support service was too hard of a task for them to do.NEVER WOULD I USE EXPLORETRIP AGAIN. Trust me when I say you get what you pay for with them. ZERO SUPPORT. Reply WebI called up ExploreTrip who set to work on it, and about two hours later called me to say that they had fixed the issue and the ticket should now work. Fortunately I had no checked baggage and had been talking to the check in agents so I was rushed through security and just made the flight.
