WebYou will get your pip boy back. Then revert back to a save before you installed pip pad for achievements, if you don’t care about achievements do the same but without reloading, then uninstall the pippad BSA and ESP, only AFTER selecting uninstall in the pip pad settings holotape in your power armor. So you need a different mesh to change the glow.
