WebI have an identical issue with my WDR3600. Stock firmware and it'll offload NAT at nearly 900mbps, software and ~300mbps. OpenWRT and it does Fast Path (software offloading) which boosted it to 400mbps. The hardware NAT offloading is likely the cause, stock firmware supports it, OpenWRT doesn't (on these chips at least).
