Ran for many years, just upgraded to 5 lug. Come with lug nuts and centercaps. No damage to wheels, will polish up very nice.

Just wash them with a mild detergent to remove road grime, dirt and debris (helps reduce scratching them). Then use a reputable polish like Mothers. I apply a quick coat of wax on them to make them easier to clean.
