WebMillion Hearts® focuses on the priorities of keeping people healthy, optimizing care and reaching priority populations to achieve the goals listed below to meet the aim of 1 million fewer heart attacks and strokes in the next 5 years: 20% reduction in sodium intake 20% reduction in tobacco use 20% reduction in physical inactivity
