Click on it and then on Maintenance at the top. There you can do Head cleaning etc. You may see also a box after the printer name called Preferences and again Maintenance is at the top. WebEpson Status Monitor shows black as full but the tank looks empty. No black ink leaves the bottle. There will be black ink underneath the printer I've noticed after refill attempts. The maintenance box in the rear corner was clogged with black. I got a new maintenance box but didn't resolve anything.
