I use this load in all three of my Parkers. All are 12 GA. one is Laminated Steel and one is Damascus. Been using this load for at least 5 years.

If you do want to fire an old Damascus barreled gun, have it inspected by a gunsmith who specializes in old shotguns, and then proof test it with a higher pressure load than you plan to use to verify the barrels are still sound.

I've used RD, GD, Promo, 700X - just about any mild 12ga load will work in a 10. The chambers are bigger in diameter so there will be less pressure. I reload just to shoot clay birds, so my reloads are light - 1oz.
