WebI much prefer Scoutbook. Scoutbook is free. You don't have to enter it anywhere else. It prints out an advancement report to take to the scout store. It also prints a purchase order so you even know what you'll be spending, and it saves previous purchase orders. There is still the option to manually input finances on a per scout basis in Scoutbook. My point of view is certainly biased in that I do not have a large number of scouts to deal with.
