WebYou get 2 fragments per week and you need 4 for a build. So to make a good stasis build would take 2 weeks... unless you choose the wrong fragments. Of course it'll take longer than 2 weeks to fill it out completely, but once you get your main fragments you'll just be filling it out for alternative builds.
